Your whole life improves when you choose to make yourself a priority. In this 30min. introductory interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your yoga & meditation history, as well as your yoga goals with Brea. Together, the two of you will make a preliminary plan for incorporating a yoga & meditation practice into your schedule, and set up future mindfulness coaching sessions.
Research on mindful meditation shows that it improves brain function and emotion regulation. Beginning to include a meditation practice into your weekly routine can drastically improve the quality of your life. In these sessions, you will be guided through the process of developing your own meditation practice and discover how to incorporate this new skill into your daily life.

During your outdoor moving mindful meditation sessions, you will get the opportunity to practice taking your meditation practice off your mat. Set in the beautiful forests of Flagstaff, AZ, these sessions will be tailored to your individual needs, and may include light walking, or more vigorous hiking, climbing, or yoga, based on your preference.
Bring your practice home with you! Holding session in the comfort of your own space is most beneficial if you are looking for motivation and inspiration to cultivate your own personal practice. Private sessions held here will help you lay the foundation and give you the tools you need to feel more comfortable finding time and space throughout your day to roll out your mat and take a breather right where you are!
Whether you're living in a cramped dorm or small apartment, or you just really need a separate space where you can focus on your practice without a bunch of distractions, in-home sessions might not feel like the best option for you. Located in downtown Flagstaff, Human Nature Studio is easily accessible for those who live or work on campus or in the downtown area. Close to the downtown connection center for bus riders, and equally as accessible by foot or bike for those who live or work nearby, Human Nature Studio is an excellent option for your private session! This space is also ideal for those interested in adding light heat to their private class.

Yoga classes at Beta Bouldering Gym are designed for climbers and non-climbers alike! Our yoga sequences aim to improve flexibility, strength, and flow, both on the mat and on the wall. Whether you’re looking for an up-beat workout or a relaxing, candlelit stretch sesh, we have a yoga class for you. Every class is accessible to beginners and seasoned yogis. Props and modifications are encouraged.

Start out your Sunday Funday with a playful yoga flow, amidst the welcoming smell of fresh-baked dough and toasted hops. Held in the downtown taproom of Dark Sky Brewing Co., this class features both chill and bumpin' beats to get your Sunday startin' out right.

Brea has an extensive background in both yoga and mindful meditation. She has experience coaching a wide-variety of clients of all ages and levels. Brea obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. She additionally spent eight years working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, where she focused on supporting and guiding clients towards finding their own motivation to make positive changes in their lives. Brea has been practicing yoga and meditation herself for over eighteen years. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the RYT-500 / E-RYT 200 level and is qualified to teach a variety of yoga and meditation styles, including: Iyengar, Anusara, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Adaptive, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. Considered an experienced yoga instructor by the Yoga Alliance, Brea has over a thousand hours of teaching experience, and is additionally registered to be a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, which means she is qualified to provide continuing education trainings for other yoga instructors. Brea is passionate about yoga and breath work as a means for neuromuscular reeducation, as well as personal empowerment, and tailors her classes to meet the continually changing needs of her yogis and their lifestyles.
